Refund Policy

All electrolysis services are provided by appointment. Payments for completed services are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. No show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment price. Any prepaid services that have not yet been performed may be rescheduled or refunded when appropriate. Please contact AK Touch with any questions regarding payments, cancellations, or refunds.
